Animal Control(2pts)-Spend 1 Willpower, Roll Manipulation+Animal Ken(dif 6). 1 animal/success in 360' do 1 task(if able) for scene.
Balefire Flux(7pts)-After 5 successive turns of Balefire exposure, roll Stamina(dif 9, lower for powerful Balefire). Success: 1 Random Power, Botch: 1 Random Taint. Not immune to toxin Damage unless have IMMUNITY.
Berserker(3pts)-Have 3 Rage. May spend as Garou, Can Frenzy. Buy extra Rage for 1 Freebie point for 1 Rage.
Body Barbs(2-10pts)-Bladelike bone growths on body add 1 agg brawl damage die/2 pts. Must state where they are and when using.
Body Expansion(2pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Strength+Athletics(dif 6). H-t-H/Crush damage Str+4. +10 move yards. If Botch Soak, Brittle bones break, does 1 Health Level. May also suffer from light-headedness, shortness of breath(organs, blood don't expand).
Brain Eating(6pts)-Touch Target, spend 1 Willpower, roll Intelligence+Occult(dif 6). Reduces Target Mental Attribute by 1, add 1 exp to User Experince pool total. Target resists on Willpower(dif 6) roll. Effect does no damage, unnoticable.
Cause Insanity(2pts/die)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll power dice(dif Target Willpower). Can choose type of insanity with 3 success(only need 1). success=length/severity(1=minor phobia, 5=full break down, need intensive therapy/hospitalization).
Chameleon Coloration(2-4pts)-Takes one turn to use, no rolls. Seen on Wits+Alertness(dif 7). 2: Shift hues within single color(red, brown), 3: darken skin to Blend into shadows(SHADOWWALKING), 4: Fit any color background.
Claws, Fangs, Horns(3/5/7pts)-1 for 3 pts, 2 for 5, all for 7. Can be sheathed, painful to remove. Dex+Brawl to hit. Bite: dif 5, Str+1. Claw: dif 6, Str+2. Gore: dif 7, Str+2(Str+4 if more 10+yards as charge).
Corrupted Visions(4pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Manipulation+Subterfuge(dif 8). Give Target visions for success turns, more potent visions for higher success. Can be anything User desires. Target aware being messed with can roll Willpower(dif 6) to resist. Raise/lower dif based on types of visions. Can use visions to convince people to do things based on how they see reality, subtlety and types of visions.
Darksight(2pts)-See perfectly even in absolute darkness. No roll/points needed but may be blinded by bright lights for Perception turns.
Deception(7pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Wits+Subterfuge(dif 7). Can change Aura so doesn't seem Wyrm-tainted, immune to Mummy Spells. Can also use this on others for same effects. Lasts scene.
Ectoplasmic Extrusion(3pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Stamina+Occult(dif 6). Creates 4 tentacles. Gives +3 Str for lifting, Dex+Brawl (dif 8, Str+2 Damage). Can Work independently.
Enhancement(3pts)-Roll Charisma+Empathy(dif Target Rage/6, if higher), Target ideal mate. Fail: Attractive, Botch: Target uneasy.
Exoskeleton(2pts)-Extrenal growth(Unless have HIDDEN POWER) of carapice gives User +1 Strength and Stamina.
Extra Limbs(3pts/limb)-Have extra appendages over body. State where they are. Can attack if split pool or have Extra actions/turn.
Extra Speed(3/6pts)-Gain 1 extra action and 1.5 movement speed increase/3 points(max. 6). Walk: 11/14, Jog: 20/26, Run: 30/40.
Eyes of the Wyrm(3 pts)-Look in Target eyes. Target: roll Willpower(dif 8) or frozen for 5-Wits(min. 1) turns. User can't attack.
Foot Pads(1pt)-Pads on feet give -2 Stealth dif to move quietly.
Frog Tongue(3pts)-Extend tongue 2 yards, will stick. Roll Dexterity+athletics(dif 6) to grapple(Str Damage) or pull with Str+2.
Fungal Touch(4pts)-Touch Target. Target must make Stamina(dif 7) roll or lose 1 point for Appearance/All Physical Attributes/day. Can be cured by supernatural means(RESIST TOXIN). +2pts: exude mucus over body, melee attackers -2 dice from stench.
Garou Gifts(Varies)-Can take most Garou Gifts at a cost of Gift level+1
Gaseous Form(6pts)- Spend 1 Willpower to go to gas form/return. Smells horrible, only harmed by electricity, fire, radiation and most mental/mystical attacks. Can hold together in strongest winds.
Hand From Beyond(4pts)-Must have UMBRAL PASSAGE and Gnosis. Enter Umbra, bring Gnosis in things/being through(must hold hands). Spend 1 Gnosis for each. Unwilling: roll resisted Gnosis vs. Target Willpower(dif 6 for both).
Hazardous Breath(1 Health Level damage/2pts)-Can spit any type of hazardous material Stamina times/scene. Must state what spitting. Storyteller decides range. If type could hit multiple, each success hits 1 person in range(2 yards or less from Target).
Hell's Hide(2pts/Soak Die)-Works against heat, fire and radiation only. Skin has slight red tinge.
Hide of the Wyrm(15pts)-Skin hard and leathery(sometimes with Knots, scales, lumps, etc.). +1 Soak die/pt(Max. 5).
Homogeneity(6pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Manipulation+Intimidation(dif 7). Supernaturals in 5 yards can't use powers. Resist with Willpower(dif 7) roll.
Immunity(1/3/6pts)-Not effected by specific thing based on points spent. Must be bought seperately for each thing. 1: Minor nuisance(flu, Poison Ivy, Minor temp changes), 3: Major Threat(Disease, Hunger), 6: Terminal Effect(Balefire, Toxins, Electricity).
Immune to the Delirium(1pt)-Not effected by Delirium of seeing Crinos Garou.
Infectious Touch(5pts)-Make flesh contact with Target, spend 1 Willpower, roll Stamina+Medicine(dif 7). Resisted by Stamina(dif 7), success cancels User on 1-for-1. success=Health Level damage. Heals at 1/week, Target feels miserable.
Invisibility(5pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Wits+Stealth(dif 7). Unless make attack, can be detected(except by SENSE WYRM but doesn't show location). Searchers: roll Perception+Alertness(dif 7) need User success+1 to find. Lasts scene or until User attacks.
Lashing Tail(3pts)-Tail(EXTRA LIMB), no precision work. Attacks on Dex+Brawl(dif 7, Str+2). Combines with VENOMOUS BITE.
Malleate(6pts)-Do damage on natural weapon pierce attack(if none, normal bite Str-1), spend 1 Willpower, inject poison into Target to make malleabe. Next turn, Target takes 1 Health Level(unsoakable), continues for initial damage success turns(before soak). Once all Health healed, Target returns to normal. Can move at Incapacitated, but no fine motor control. Resisted by RESIST/PURGE TOXIN, DOPPLEGANGER and ADAPTATION.
Mega-Attribute(3pts/Add)-+1 to any Attribute(max. 8) or Health Level(max. +3). May be hard to hide(muscles, oversized head).
Mind Blast(5pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Wits+Intimidation(dif 6). Can be resisted by Willpower(dif 6). Target frozen success turns.
Mind Rape(6pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Intelligence+Intimidataion(dif 6). Resisted with Willpower(dif 6). Read Target mind based on success(1: Surface thought, 2: Recent Memories, 3: Anything Remembered).
Molecular Weakening(4pts)-Hit Target, spend 1 Willpower, roll Perception+Medicine/Repair-inorganic(dif 8). x2 hit damage(presoak).
Mouth of the Wyrm(4pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Stamina+Athletics(dif 7), swallow Target(up to small person). If alive, will suffocate unless freed. Can attack from inside(dif 7) with natural weapons. Must score 1/2 User Health Levels to free. User get's full soak.
Nightmare Command(3pts)-Know Target, roll Manipulation+Empathy(dif 7). May only try to enter Target dreams once/night. If interrupted/moved, ends. More vivid dreams for higher success. If know what works best, will be easier to drie Target insane. Can roll Willpower(dif 5+User success) to awaken. For each week of uninterrupted nightmares, -1 Willpower. 0 Willpower=Target Insane. Can be cured with Therapy or CALM, FABRIC OF THE MIND, HEAD GAMES, MINDSPEAK or ULTIMATE ARGUMENT OF LOGIC. FABRIC OF THE MIND and MINDSPEAK mean going into Target's dreams and destroying what's there first.
Nimbleness(2pts)-Gain +2 dice for jumping, climbing and balance related tasks.
Noxious Breath(2pts)-Roll Stamina+Medicine(dif 6), release fumes like cigarette smoke into air 20 yards around User. All in area must roll Willpower(dif 6) or desire to smoke a cigarette(even nonsmokers). Any who botch take 1 unsoakable agg Health Level(Lung cancer).
Numbing(3pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Stamina+Medicine(dif 6). Gain +3 Health Levels and don't feel anything(no wound penalties). Can't talk correctly, may not noticed damaged. at scene end, lose the extra Health Levels, take that damage.
Phoenix Fire(5pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Stamina+Occult(dif 7). Become walking fire, ignite flambles on touch.(dif 9 soak, 3 Health Levels). Lasts success turns.
Plasmic Form(6pts)- Spend 1 Willpower to turn liquid and back. As GASEOUS FORM, but become reddish-brown liquid.
Poison Tumors(3pts)-Covered by tumors. If hit in H-t-H, Target must soak 3 agg damage from pus, Bitten: 5, with Melee weapon: roll Dexterity(dif 6) to dodge 3 agg. Ranged weapons from a few feet away are safe.
Procreation(4pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, transmit Bane with exchange of bodily fluids(as POSSESSION Charm).
Prolonged Life(4pts)-Age extended as long as keep using TAINT: ADDICTION(monthly cycle). Not immortal, just slowed aging.
Rat Head(4pts)-Roll Dexterity+Athletics(dif 6) to squeeze through area 1/20th size(Human=quarter size). Lasts until out. Fail: Stuck. SLOBBER SNOT gives -3 dif. Move at 1/2 running speed.
Regeneration(5pts)-Heal from wounds like Garou(no silver problem).
Roar of the Wyrm(4pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Charisma+Intimidation(dif 6), roar. All hearing roll resisted Willpower(dif 6) or run.
Savage Genitalia(2pts)-Genitals have some deadly feature(player creations encouraged). Do 1 nonsoakable Health Level/turn of sexual contact. May be combine with TOXIC SECRETIONS, WORMS, INNER VOLCANO and EXTRA LIMBS.
Scent of the Wyld/Weaver(5pts)-2 separate powers with same effect. Overpowers Wyrm scent with Weaver/Wyld scent. SENSE WYRM at dif 10. Glass Walkers ignore Weaver, Red Talons ingnore Wyld. Roll Charisma+Subterfuge(dif 6). Botch: think succeeded, but failed.
Sense Gaia(2pts)-Like SENSE WYRM. Sense manifestions of Gaia in 20 yards on Perception+Occult(dif on strength. Garou=6).
Sense The Unnatural(2pts)-As Garou gift. Roll Perception+Occult(dif 6) to sense any supernatural. May need to roll Intelligence+Enigmas(dif 6) to identify. Negated by SCENT OF RUNNING WATER Gift.
Shadowplay(4pts)-Roll Wits+Stealth(dif 6). Can manipulate shadows in area for success turns(or scene for 1 Willpower). User can always see through shadows. May be used hide in or to add to Stealth or Manipulation rolls. 15 yard max. radius can be effected.
Shapechange(3/5/7)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Stamina+Athletics(dif 6), take turn to transform. Return at will. Always look like corrupted version of form. Lose all wearing/carrying unless new form can carry them. Must buy appropraie advantages to have certain for(wings for bird). 3: 1 alternate form. 5: Certain group(fish, people). 7: Anything with appropriate advantages.
Size(2/4/6pts)-Permanently reduced/enlarged size(unless has power to alter size). Bigger: gain 1 Health Level, 1 dot in Strength or stamina and -1 dif toto hit or spot/level. Smaller: lose 1 Health Level and point of Strength or Stamina, +1 dif to hit and spot/level. Sizes are in Max./Min. 2: Lion/Cheetah, 4: Horse/Poodle, 6: Rhino/Mouse.
Skittersight(2pts)- Roll Willpower(dif 8, 7 for frequent Users), pull out eyes, twist nerves into feet. Does no damage(but hurts like hell). Eyes may run a block away under own power. Can be gone for 1 hour, then deteriorate if not recovered in 2 hours. Can see as they see(adds any sight powers also). If Eyes damaged, harms vision. IF destroyed, User permanently blinded(with REGENERATION, back in month).
Slither Skin(4pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Dexterity+Athletics(dif 6). Skin detaches, acts independently of User for scene. Can be insturcted(less than 5 words). Has 1 Health level, 1 dot in all Attributes. Can go any distance from User. If destroyed, takes 1 month to regrow skin. User at -1 Health Level while power in use. Can put additional powers in skin if paid for.
Slobber Snot(3pts)- Spend 1 Willpower. Skin excretes get making User mostly frictionless for scene. +3 dif to grapple, +1 soak for blunt, easier to squeeze through tight areas, -3 dif to track user by smell. Susceptible to TAINT: CRUSTIES.
Spirit Ties(3pts)-Has 3 Gnosis. Can regain like Garou. Can spend freebie points for extra Gnosis at 2 point cost.
Stomach Pumper(3pts)-Roll Stamina+Brawl(dif 7). Vomit stomach contents covered in acid for 2 dice of damage. Target must spend 1 Willpower to stop from gagging. Can do 3 times between complete meals.
Succubi's Veil(6pts)- Spend 1 Willpower, roll Manipulation+Subterfuge(dif Target Willpower). Target enthralled, want to be with User whenever possible. Can roll again each scene. with 10 Successes, Target wants only to serve and protect User. Fail: Target still finds User attractive, but not enchanted. Botch: Realizes something wrong/dangerous about User.
Tar Baby(3pts)-Skin made of sticky, tar-like substance. Any who hit in H-t-H are stuck as grappled, roll Resisted Strength vs. User Stamina+3 to escape. User may roll resisted Strength vs. Stregth roll to take weapons hit with from opponent's hands.
Toxic Secretions(2pts/die)-All bodily fluids are toxic. Can be soaked but sticks on Target. Loses 1 die/turn but must be soaked each time. Can usually control, but things like sweat and excrement are always toxic. 6 dice disolve clothes, 9 rope, 12 wood, 15 concrete/porcelain.
Umbral Passage(5pts)-Must have SPIRIT TIES. Can enter Umbra on Gnosis(dif Gauntlet) roll as Garou.
Venomous Bite(3pts)-Inflict 1 Health Level with Bite, does Stamina+2 nonsoakable agg damage(resisted by RESIST TOXIN).
Voice of the Wyrm(4pts)-Can Speak Wyrm's Language. All hearing roll(but Wyrm creatures) roll Willpower(dif 8) or lose 1/2 Gnosis. Can be used once/encounter/Target. Can Lick opponents in combat for 2 Dice of Damage. Tongue long, sluglike.
Wall Walking(4pts)-Hands/Feet sticky, allow walking on sheer surfaces as flat ground. May need to roll Dexterity+Athletics for combat/ difficult surfaces. Some surfaces can't be climbed(wet ice).
Water Breathing(2/5pts)-Breath Water for 2 points, need not breath for 5, limited resistance to underwater pressures/decompression.
Webbing(5pts)-Can make webbing from special gland(Need Webmaking skill). Has 6 soak dice, 3 Health Levels, sticky, Need resisted Strength role against web Strength 8. Inch think but must roll Perception+Alertness(dif 7) to see from distance.
Wings(3/5pts)-Some way to fly(not always wings, need good explanation). 3 points: 13 yards/turn, 5: 20 yards/turn. +Dex for short bursts.
TAINTS
Addiction(1-5pts)-Must partake of some substance(or use a Power) within a certain period of time. If not able, take -1 die to all pools for each cycle missed. when penalties=Stamina, User dies. Points=Cycle length(1=month, 2=moon cycle, 3=week, 4=day, 5=hour).
Atrophy(Varies)-Can reduce the maximum allowable dots in any(except Appearance) Attribute(including Health) by 1/point. For each extra Attribute this is done to, the cost is 1/2(reduce by 2 for 1 point). For Appearance, take UGLY AS SIN.
Balefire Curse(7pts)-As BALEFIRE FLUX, but Target gains new, random Taint. Can't botch(or worse effects at Storyteller option).
Bane Attractor(3pts)-Banes hate User. Local banes will stop what doing to harass User. Can't possess/directly harm, but will cause any problems they can. May also attract Garou looking into commotion.
Brainwashed(3pts)-Possessing Bane has warped User's mind into believing something on a fanatical level. If broken, User may become suicidal, wish to destroy object of former belief. Won't believe at first, then try to kill any who try to bring doubt, then taint broken.
The Crusties(3pts)-For 3-10 days/month, User's skin dries out and flakes off in brown crusty chunks. Leaves trail whereever User goes, +1 Dexterity/Perception dif from agitation. Can't stop this regardless of measures taken.
Derangement(1-3pts)-Can take any derangement approved by Storyteller. First is worth 3 points, second 2, third 1.
Disintegration(6pts)-Choose 1 power possessed. When used, take 1 non-agg, nonsoakable Health Level. Heals in 1 hour without REGENERATION. At Crippled, begin to disolve(heal 1 Level/day). At incapacitated, turn to puddle, die.
Doomed(1-5pts)-Limited life left, will die painfully at end. If has CONSECRATED, will be summoned back to site to be devoured at end of allowed time(can't escape). User doesn't know when time it. Points=time left(1=5 years, 2=3 years, 3=1 year, 4=6 month, 5=1 month).
The Fading(5pts)-Mind has affinity to 1 Wyrm aspect. When in it's presence, will tear away to empower Wyrm unless it Taints User(+1 Derangement, -2 Willpower). Must roll Willpower(dif 5) when awaking to keep mind. Fail: -1 Willpower. 0 Willpower=mind gone.
Infections(4pts)-Pair with a power. When something goes wrong with power, User suffers infection. Lose 1 Health Level/day to Crippled, then heals 1 Level/day after 1 week.
Inner Volcano(5pts)-User's temperature is high enough to burst most thermometers, gets higher under exertions. Take 1 Health Level of unsoakable damage/3 turns of hard physical labor. Any touching User until cooled down must either be insulated or soak 1 Health Level.
Limited Mobility(2pts)-For some reason, Users running speed is 1/2. Can be for other movement modes if has correct power(WINGS).
Mental De-evolution(Varies)-Pair with power, chose Mental Attribute. When Power used, roll Willpower(dif 6). Fail: Lose Taint points in Attribute for scene. Botch: Lose 1 dot permanently. 0 Per=Full sensory Deprivation, 0 Int=Thinks as animal, no speech, 0 Wits=Act last, can't split actions or use Powers/Rage for extra actions/turn.
Mutiod Cancer(4pts)-Cycle happens every other month, lasts for month. Week 1: +1' size, +2 Str, +1 Stamina, +1 Health Level, Blotchy Skin. Week 2: Covered in scabs, sores, etc(Appearance=0), +1' Size, +2 Str, +1 Health, Smell like sulfur. Week 3: Thick, blood-red carapice, body changes quickly, Black virus-blood flows from body(Ingest: roll Stamina dif 7 to become immune). -1 Perception and Alertness, -2 Intelligence, Dead, crablike eyes. Week 4: Extra few feet in size, +1 Str. Parts will fall off, wander away until die or ingested by someone. If take more than 1/2 Health Levels in 1 hit, body explodes, cycle ends(attacker may be splattered). User must roll Stamina (dif 7) or lose 1 Intelligence dot permanently(brain damage). 0 Int=becomes shambling monster under Storyteller control.
Physical Wasting(Varies)-As MENTAL DE-EVOLUTION, but for Physical Attributes. 0 Str=Can't move or stand, 0 Dex=No movement control (body may move differentlt than intended), 0 Sta=No disease immunity, bruise with touch.
Rotting(6pts)-Body falling apart. If take more damage than Stamina, lose body part hit. Lose 1 Body part/month(gets bigger with time).
Second Head(5pts)-User has second head somewhere on Body that hates User. Any damage second head takes, User does also(but reverse not true). Head has no control over body. Will do anything to get User in trouble/killed. has User's Mental Attributes, may learn abilities.
Severe Allergy(1-3pts)-Have allergy to something that(might) not effect others. Get bad rash, take 1 nonsoakable, non-agg Health Level/ turn exposed. First allergy=3 points, Second=2, third=1.
Special Diet(1/3/5pts)-Only get nourishment from some special thing. Points based on what it is. 1=Easily obtained(fresh milk), 3=Dangerously obtained(Blood, Children), 5=Suicidally obtained(Garou Flesh, Vampire Blood).
Teledementia(5pts)-Recieve telepathic thoughts of others. Only get sickest/vilest thoughts they have and those are warped even further. Usually gain nothing useful, can't control this power and it is always on. Roll Willpower(dif 5) every day or get caught in psychic loop where all is altered. Some go on killing spress and are killed by allies. These Fomor live short lives even for Fomor.
Ugly as Sin(1pt)-For some reason, has 0 Appearance. Can never be raised. Can't pass as normal human.
Walking Bomb(5pts)-Bomb inside head iplanted by Pentex that only they can remove. Does 12 unsoakable agg damage.
Worms(3pts)-Body filled with parasitic worms(can be used as weapons with certain powers). Must expel them once/day or suffer 1 Health Level/day until expelled. Damage can't be soaked. They tend to chew on the internal organs of the User.
