FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Do I need to know how to swim? No
2. Do I need special clothing or shoes? A bathing suit or workout clothing works fine in the water. Shoes are not required, but strongly suggested (an old clean pair of tennis shoes works great).
3. Do you stop classes during the winter? No, our pool is in a glass enclosure and heated year round.
4. What are the benefits of water exercise? The benefits are enormous for all populations. Cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility to name a few!
