If you join any of these Programs, although I will keep you updated as much as possible, it is YOUR responsibility to keep yourself updated. I have found that it is a major problem to the Program administrators when they receive unnecessary questions, questions that have already been answered numerous times in email updates or on bulletin boards. Posts like "Missed Payment" are very frustrating when the day of the payment isn't even over yet, and this happens a lot.
