General: Cleveland is a stable city, without a lot of politics. This is because of a strong Prince and the fact that the city is so close to New York. They used to throw resources at Buffalo, NY to keep the Sabbat fighting there and to stop western expansion. Since Tytalus let the freak group take over the sewers and all teh Nosferatu left, latly even teh Sabbat have been scared to come to Buffalo. Cleveland also controls Erie PA, a halfway point between Buffalo and Cleveland.
As a side note, you either are with Prince Bart or you are aganist him. And if you're against him, the city is against you.

Notes: Information God. Has a large brood of Loyal Nosferatu. Likes Putt-Putt Golf and collects Japanese Water Fountains.

Goals: Learn all there is to know
Controls: The Occult
Notes: Trying to learn Thamaturgy (and failing so far)

Name: HIM -- Nosferatu: 6th -- (Slavering Blood Bound Beast)
Goals: Eat what is set before him
Controls: A body that is a death machine. (Blood bound to Bartholomew)
Notes: Bart only allows one Diablerist in the city, that's HIM. The Zero humanity blood bound thing that he keeps locked up in his basement. Bart lets him out when someone REALLY ticks him off.

Name: Marko -- Brujah: 8th -- (Smart Guy)
Goals: Help his old pal Bart
Controls: Organized Crime and is Brujah Primogen
Notes: He and Bart are thick as thieves. Has a small Gang of Loyal Brujah.

Name: Houston -- Malkavian: 7th -- (Merc)
Goals: Get Rich. Live well.
Controls: Transportation and Illegal Gun Smuggling operation from Canada
Notes: Auspex bunny and friend of Bart.

Name: Screaming Sarah Slick -- Ventrue: 12th -- (Punk Rocker)
Goals: Get the Rock and Roll hall of fame moved to Cleveland.
Controls: The Media, Hard Rock Cafe
Notes: Only surviving Ventrue in town. Saw which way the wind was blowing.

Name: Father Judge -- Euthanatos -- (Priest With Attitude)
Goals: Send people on to the Good Death
Controls: The Chuches
Notes: He and Bart have an understanding. Bart doesn't ask questions and neither does he.
