Sequel
production continues: "Failed Diplomacy"

Mann and Jeff Allen as Gunner Diesel and F.O. Matt Compton during

Joseph M. Dwyer
directed the science fiction epic from his own script. The film boasts
a cast which includes of some of the southeast's leading theatrical
stars including Tom Grandpre, Dale Lyles, Caroline Carr, and Stan
Gentry. A complete cast

Mr.
Dwyer utilized Pinnacle Liquid Edition for editing and fine tuned the
film for the Director's Cut DVD now in release.
He also worked closely with effects whiz Casey Curtis
on some revised animation effects. Mr. Curtis was recently voted
Georgia's best 3D animator and went on to the national competition
where he finished 17th in the country.
Ellsworth
Hall created the orchestral score (with the
vibrant sounds of the Czech Philharmonic), created
sound effects utilizing synthesizers and sequenced
events with Cakewalk Sonar. He also assisted with some camera work, 3D
animation and created the title sequences.
Production Designer Robert
Brun created the DragonPhoenix logo
and the screen graphics seen in the production as well as the poster
art. He has also designed the DVD packaging including the inserts and
the DVD disc artwork itself.

novel in the
works
Director
Joseph M. Dwyer's good friend James Cambas is a published short story
science
fiction writer. After reading several of his works, James was
approached concerning collaborating with Joe in writing the
novelization of the Shubian's Rift movie. James accepted with a smile
on his face and the writing was completed ahead of schedule in May
2008. The book is now in the editing and publishing stage. Release date
to be announced.
