I was just looking around in Good Enough's site statistics and the number one phrase that brought people to the site from search engines is, of course, "good fucks". I think thats proof enough. Ladies, you now know where the best loving is in Oxnard.

Ummm hello everyone.......Today i got off my ass and worked on the site, what did i do? umm you know i wrote this and i put a nard sign on the page just for Milo. So what have we been up to???? nothing Good Enough is lazy and we suck so we dont have any shows except for the one one the 2ndshows We were thinking of recording a 6 song c.d in the near future but i dont think that is going to happend because paul is a lazy bitch and doesnt have a job so he said he wont pay for the recording. We might play a show in Santa Maria sometime in Dec. with WIT at the D'club but thats still unsure. Well thats if for now, see ya.

There's been no news for awhile so I'll fill you in on what little I do know. Omar you can fill in anything I missed. Good Enough will be recording a new cassette demo this week I guess. It's got a few new songs and rerecordings of a few of the ones off the last tape. It's all done on Omar and Brians amazing multi-dollar studio (4 tracks!). I think everyone put in some creativity on this one with lyrics from Paul and Brian and at least one song written by Russ. I'm not too sure which is which or what will even be on it Omar feel free to edit this. Omar is going to upgrade the site pretty soon. He's been learning Java and Flash so this site is going to rip Whaever It Takes a new arse. (check out the updated pics in the WIT site, especially Milos NARDCORE POR VIDA tattoo.) Speaking of that we should get some pics of Good Enough no one ever remembers at the shows. The show at the Living Room wasn't the most packed but it looks like Good Enough and WIT are both going to get some bigger shows coming up so keep checking the site and go out of your way to get there when they do play. Peace Out.

ps. I heard No Justice broke up is that true?

*Brian's perspective of The Living Room Show w/ WIT, and Throwdown* This was our best show ever. First off this was only our second show and we played at The Living Room. Throwdown was the headliner, Whatever It Takes played after us, and we opened. Second of all, there was not that many people there for Throwdown which kinda sucked but the crowd was pretty cool anyway. When we opened the majority of everyone there at the time entered in during our sound check, only 4-6 of the 25 kids there at the time didn't come in. When the show started we were full of energy and I glanced down to see many of the people there at the time really getting into our music. When we got into the song "We are Good Enough" many of the people in the crowd who I don't know and have never heard us were coming up front and singing a long which made me very happy. Later we into our cover song by 7 seconds "I'm Gonna Stay Young 'Til I Die" and the crowd gave and immediate reaction by starting a circle pit and coming up front and singing along. For the rest of our set people smiled and bobbed there head giving me the impression that they really liked the music. There was only a good 10 more kids when Throwdown played. I think Omar believed the house would be packed when we played and his expectations were lowered when there wasn't a good turnout because of a bigger show happening that night, but that was the funnest show I have ever played. After we finished people were telling me we sounded really good and had a really good live stage presence. We sold some demos and got pretty much everyone there at the time into the music so it has made my whole week great.

Well the show really sucked, i thought, once again the crowd was just there to see Throwdown dont get me wrong Throwdown was really good but i hate people who pay 5 bucks and just wait outside untill the last band. Well thats it for now.

I just got home after the show, what can I say we played well but the crowd sucked. We played with The Force and The Shecks, really good band from around Oxnard. We dont have any shows as of yet but if we get some i'll post them up ASAP. Thanks to everyone that bought our demo.

We just finished recording our y2k demo and it sounds ok and what makes is better was that it was free cause we did it ourselves. We have a show on the sat.the 2nd with the force and the shecks a ska band it should be fun we should have our demos done by then. Well thats all the news for now.

Well I'm at home after the show today. Everything went well. It started with us doing our regular thing. We stayed in tune and on time although I was exhausted from setting up the stage (it needs work but all in all was cool). Our cover of Seven Seconds' "Young Till I Die" went over well. Next up was supposed to be Fields of Fire but Jamie and Chris were late so Whatever It Takes picked up the slack and took their place. Whatver It Takes did the usual set including covers of Ill Repute and Warzone. A particlularly good set that sent the crowd of about 60-70 into a floorpunch/moshing frenzy when they weren't crushing Ulises to get to the mic. Next to set up on the rikety wooden stage was No Justice out of a town in Maryland between Baltimore and DC. My conversation with the seemingly mellow singer before the set didn't prepare me for the chaos the ensued when he took the stage. Almost immediately it seemed he broke our mic so we told him to take it easy on our backup or we would be doing an instrumental show. Well the loss of the mic was easily justified by the all out performance these guys gave. I got their first release which I guess is S/T. It just came through the mail to Oxnard and the No Justice guys were hard at work labeling them before the show. Maybe the "Oxnard Edition" will be worth something some day. I can only hope. Next up the Hoods putting out their norcal brand hardcore. The thing I remember most about the Hoods was the sweltering heat the room at the Boys and Girls club which looked suspiciosly like the inside of an oven at that point. But the kids from Oxnard still moshed hard and the Hoods went off. Lastly was the quartet Fields o' Fire from well all over but if I had to pick a place i'd say Santa Barbara because thats where they all met. Even though we didn't pay them they still put everything into it(these kids can't be bought). I think Ben was inspired by No Justice (I can't say enough No Justice is bad ass). It was cool to see the guys play again and the always upbeat Graham(is that how you spell it) is the coolest. In closing the Boys and Girls club looks alot like the place where all the shows are going to be held. Just like '98 at Lazerstar except instead of VOD we have WIT. It makes me sad that I have to go but I'll still make it back to town everyonce and again. Maybe i can make some friends and get the guys some shows up north and anytime i see a Good Enough show i'll write the report. If you missed this show you missed out. But no matter what just make sure you get to the next cause we're gonna bring it back to what it was.

OMARS TAKE Well, the show went well even though a lot of people didn’t show up, but thanks to all of you who came out. No Justice, a band from Maryland, put on a really good show (no thanks to the singer for breaking our mic.) Just kidding, it was worth it. If you ever get a chance to see them, go and you won’t regret it. We also played with The Hoods,(Sacramento hard-core) Fields of Fire, and our good friends Whatever It Takes, who also put on a good show. I took some really good pictures, which I will post in like a week, so come back. Thanks to everyone who helped out with building our ghetto stage and setting up. Thanks for the support!

I've been updating the site so its not so boring, I think after the next show we should have some cool new pictures its kind of hard because we don't have too many pics of Russ(0), Omar needs to get his ass in gear on that Bios page Im not going to do it, if you have anything at all you think would be fun or relevant to this site please send it to us Im not even half way full on the limit. The show on FRI. the 11th is going to be real big hopefully We'll build a stage tomarrow. who knows if that will happen I hope no one dies as a result of it.

Well our web page is almost done, who cares. Summer been going good we had a few shows with our friends from Whatever It Takes and The Force. Our friend Paul and drumer is back from Europe he went over there to work as a male prostitute ha ha ha. No! we missed him now things are kind of back to normal. Well another sad thing that is going to happen to us is our singer Matt is going away to college in a few weeks to become a rocket scientist what a loser punk rock for life. The show on the 11th is going to be his last show so if you read this and go to the show kick his ass for fun. As to what’s going to happen with the band our friend Brian who played bass for us is going to sing and our friend Russell is going to play bass. (Russell’s the man) That’s it for now if anything exciting happens all post it as soon as possible.
