RELEASE INFO:
Daikatana is the long awaited flagship game from company Ion
Storm, headed by the creator of deathmatch John Romero.
The game itself is based around a highly modified Quake 2
engine morphed with the original Quake engine.
Numerous previously unseen effects have been added to create
a unique gaming experience, setting Daikatana apart and above
the competition.
Within the realms of Daikatana, the player will become Hiro
Miyamoto, and along with two fully AI sidekicks, will embark on
a journey spanning four worlds in a quest to save the future.
Each of the four worlds will contain unique characters, enemies,
architecture and weaponary, to create a realistic feeling enviroment.
