GO Computers goal is to provide our customers with dependable computer systems for a reasonable price.
In order to achieve our goal, we must adhere to the following terms and conditions.
1. Payment and Sales Tax
GO Computers accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express and Optima credit cards, Personal checks and
Money Orders for all purchases. GO Computers only charges sales tax on shipments to California destinations.
2. Shipping
GO Computers attempts to ship all orders on the next day unless product is on back order or special order status.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day.
Products can be shipped using UPS, UPS 2nd Day, standard FedEx two day air, Overnight or priority.
3. Delivery Status
To check the status of your delivery, GO Computers will provide you with UPS or FedEx Shipping tracking number.
4. Limited Availability / Item Back Ordered
These items are in short supply and will be shipped as soon as product becomes available
At GO Computers, we continuously monitor the levels of product availability. When a product is listed as out of stock,
your order will be automatically placed on back order.
GO Computers charges your credit card for the entire order amount once you complete your order request.
Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.
5. Warranty & Return Policy
All products sold by GO Computers are covered under a 30 day Guarantee Against Defects. Items may be returned
for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned
Merchandise Authorization issued by GO Computers or the product manufacturer. See our manufacturer warranty
section for full details or contact our Customer Service department.
6. Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
a. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards,
manuals, and accessories.
b. Certain hardware items and all custom or special orders may only be returned for replacement and not
for refund.
c. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
d. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non product related
fees (shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance) are not refundable.
After the first thirty days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties vary for each product. Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise
shipped to the United States and Canada. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be
covered under the warranty. Check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.
7. Customer Service Department
Submit a Customer Service Request directly to GO Computers for the following:
Product not as advertised                          Wrong quantity shipped
Wrong item shipped                                  Freight damage
Incorrect shipping charge
8. Order Cancellation
GO Comp. reserves the right to cancel a sale or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error.
9. Advertising Disclaimer
Advertised prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice.
10. Fraud
It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card. We have a sophisticated
Fraud Control system that screens for suspicious orders, which are subject to investigation and possible
Cancellation by our Fraud Control team. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Please be aware that even if you do not give GO Computers your real name, your Web browser transmits a unique
Address to us, which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Both the FBI and the US Secret
Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases.
