				Centrelink - Rockingham, Kwinana and Fremantle.
				Duties: Front counter customer service, computer
				operation including the use of a large national database,
				internet and intranet tools, handling private, sensitive
				and confidential information, back office appointments
				and general admin duties, telephone queries, conflict
				resolution.

			2002/03-Service Station Attendant, 
				Caltex Safety Bay.
				Duties: Operation and running of the store and
				petrol pumps, cash handling including end of shift till
				balancing, stock ordering and inventory, cleaning duties
				and closing up procedures.

			2002 -  Web Site Design & Development and Corporate Style Guide, 
				Meg's Mobile Beauty Service
				Duties: Worked closely with a newly formed small
				business to create a corporate style guide, including
				business logo, business cards, price sheets, flyers, 
				promotional and	car stickers. Also designed and developed
				promotional web site.
				NB: Business has since been closed, so has web site.

			2001 -  Green Corps Rockingham Project, 
				Conservation Volunteers Australia
				Duties: Training in First Aid, Occupational
				Health and Safety, Power Tools, Plant I.D. aswell as
				Conservation work, tree	planting, weeding, board walk 
				construction, fencing.

				Duties: Plan printing, laminating, blockmounting,
				Customer service, phone answering and general cleaning
				duties.

			1997 - Kitchenhand, Part-time, Clancy's Fish Pub
			       Duties: Preparing food dishes, washing dishes,
			       stocking the fridge and freezer and gerneral cleaning
			       duties.

			1996 - E-Team, Work Experience, TiWest Joint Venture
			       Duties: Working as a team to solve a problem with
			       with staff training at the processing plant, document
			       our findings and results and presenting it to the company
			       directors.

			1995 - Work Experience, Sound Telegraph Newspapers, Rockingham
			       Duties: Worked closely with the head journalist,
			       accompanied the photographer on photoshoots and typed in
			       press releases to be published in the newspaper.
