1994 U.S. Department of Transportation Checklist

These un-numbered standard sized cards were issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. These cards came in 8” by 3-1/2” strips that were not perforated. Cards had to be hand cut to standard size.
