RESIDENTS
GorOasis residents, being of the Tahari and having a high degree of loyalty, are accorded full privileges except for Bot and Eminent Domain privileges.
Sorciere, as owner and Administrator of GorOasis, is of course the Prime Caretaker, although any sword may assist in an emergency.
Swords, consisting of Riven Azrarn (First Sword), Sorciere, Archon Manus and have Bot privilege as well.
Eminent Domain privilege is reserved to Sorciere(owner), Archon Manus(host), ANrinsuth, Riven Azran and Locodarwin.
PRIVACY
Residents are asked to honor each other's privacy.
When you, as a resident, arrive on GorOasis, or another resident arrives, greet with a simple 'Tal' or 'Greetings' without a name.
You or the other resident may remain silent or type a space to indicate privacy is preferred, or return the greeting to open conversation.
The General access account provides only entry into GorOasis, and no other privileges. This access is given out only on request, and review by one of the swords.
VISITORS
Visitors should be greeted, and if not known as a welcome visitor, challenged in a courteous manner as to their age and reason for being there, and directed to read the signs at GZ.
Any visitor to GorOasis found to be underage, entering the city uninvited, or displaying excessive unacceptable behavior may be ejected by any resident, and any ejection should be reported to a Sword at the earliest opportunity, who will relay the report to the First Sword.
A first ejection should be 5 minutes, a second for the same individual an hour. Any longer ejection will be at the direction of the First Sword or Administrator.
TOLERANCE POLICY
Residency in GorOasis implies acceptance of our tolerance policy.
Both 'Lifers' and 'Players' are equally welcome, and neither, (or any other view of online Gor), should be insulted or denigrated by any resident of GorOasis, or any visitor while present on GorOasis.
Any such attitude will be considered rude, and admonished as such. Continued display of such attitude, or excessive display of this attitude may cause ejection.
Remember, GorOasis is supposed to be a friendly and fun place to be, not a bashing forum.
