My Pet
An animal poem

My pet is an orange thing
With bulbous eyes and bony wings

Swoops high and low recklessly
Threading it's path through it's trees

Perch's on castles, lands on trees
Defecates on public property with ease

If only it were more exciting, like my wish
But it's still just a boring goldfish.
My Pet
Short, simple, and too the point. Bit of a riddle-poem hybrid there.
