In Denial
This guy wakes me up inthe morning,
Tells me that time does fly by,
All I have to do is lie,
Lie to them,
Lie to myself,
And all the things I needed the most,
Consequences are made,
The world misled,
IN two different directions,
I say things that hurts others,
They say I am a falling star,
Someone who will no longer exist,
They say it seemed like yesterday,
When I left the world behind,
To a path to nowhere,
When I lost myself,
To a path to be deserted,
Like a dead end,
The streetlights guides us,
Till I can't take anymore,
Miles of obsession,
Miles of depression,
Fear hasd s strange shape,
Strange place,
That fits into my forgotten life,
That fits in the gap spaces,
People pretend to not to notice,
To even notice at all,
That makes everything seem alright.
