Buried Hate
We walk in the fields,
Burying the dead,
They'll hate you forever,
They gave up on you,
By leaving you behind,
They left me too,
So we rise aove the sorrows,
You were wasted over the years,
Wasted talent,
Playing with the black piano,
Singing undying words,
'Cause you knew all along,
I was just like you,
Dead souls look down on us,
Forbidden to save us,
From being someone,
Who we feared,
Empty footsteps,
Leads us to our death,
As the piano plays,
On its own,
You lost your hands,
To play from you heart,
To play for me,
The souls that were controlled,
Over the years,
Leaving you a piece of faith,
To move on,
To lead life on your own,
While I would be stuck in the hour glass,
Trying to break through,
To face reality,
And the things around me,
That changes everything about us,
For good.
