Artie is a minor character, and mainly comic relief. She is a builder and an architect, a native of Lann, and responsible for the re-building of Vane. She could be a decent water mage if she applied herself to learning the skills required. She never goes anywhere without her pencil behind her ear, and her trusty tool belt.
