Today was a really bad day. I was afraid to get out and walk around the neighborhood, so I just walked around my house for 20 minutes. That sent me into even more vertigo so I didn't do it later like I had planned to. I tried to get out with mom and walk around the grocery store, but I ended up spending half the time in the car because I was too dizzy.
