I am feeling worse today, both mentally and physically. Again, I was sleeping all day today and when I was awake, I was very emotional. Crying while watching soap operas is always a bad sign... I finally let myself cry tonight for myself. It's been a long time since I've allowed myself to. I just couldn't hold it all in anymore.
