I feel like sleeping and sulking all day. Yesterday I had another bad spell so I stayed home while parents and Grandma went out. I couldn't get to sleep - stayed awake until 12:30AM just sobbing. So depressed that today was my birthday and I can't (physically) do everything that I want to. I don't want to get older - I feel like a bum. Most 18 year-olds have a good future to look forward to. Mine is just plain scary. It was nice spending the day with family, but I wish I had felt better.
