P O S T - O P:   D A Y  2

Dr. S came at about 11:15 A.M.  He said I was looking great and could leave at 1:00 P.M.  The nurse made me walk down the hall about 30 feet.  It was extremely hard. I had to hold onto the railing and have the nurse hold me up.  My ear looks fake and sewn on.  I feel like Frankenstein.  My ear itches but when I try to scratch it, it is numb and feels like rubber.  I can hear the fluid draining in my ear like a leaking faucet or a gurgling noise.  I’m fine as long as I lie perfectly still.  Otherwise, I get horribly dizzy and feel as though I will faint.  Not to mention the pain. The right side of my head is very sore still and becoming bruised.
