Gift of Plurality Webring

Well, looks like we're agreeing with an unpopular notion, [...] but we're agreeing with you nonetheless. Because as difficult as it may seem to do, we're trying to keep what we long ago termed "The Gift of Plurality" from the terrible circumstances that so often cause DID to manifest itself.

Plurality and survivorship are two distinct things. Sadly, they're well acquainted with each other, but they're distinct nonetheless.

When one of us bemoans the trials of living life as we do, we stop to think: Would we rather the others not exist? Which one of us would we rather have done without? To us, the very notion is abhorrent.

Yes, we'd give up anything we could to not have experienced the events that caused us to be. Anything but ourselves, or each other. It's bad enough that those who would hurt us made us give up as much as we did.

Yes, we celebrate. We celebrate us.
