Gary's Frankoma Collection
I started collecting Frankoma Pottery about 5 years ago.  I have been lucky enough to stumble upon pieces in local antique shops around Connecticut and New England.  Collecting on ebay has allowed my collection to grow quicker then it would of if I were only in antique shops.  Finding pieces in the antique stores in the area is a great deal more rewarding to me then Ebay.. All the pieces you see above cost me between $5.00 and $60.00.  So this is a rather affordable thing to collect. A few were gifts.  As I have learned more and more about the pottery, I have  found I have definate tastes for specific items made by  Frankoma.  I love the Praire Green Glaze.  This is due to  my interest in the Arts and Crafts Movement, this glaze compliments it very much. Miniature vessels, bowls, vases, ashtrays make up the majority of my collection.  When I first started, I bought a few Sapulpa Clay Items (Red Clay), however I only buy Ada Clay (Light Tan Clay) now, unless I find a piece I really love.   If you have any comments try the guestbook or email me at:

Below are some pictures of my collection. Click next to look at each piece individually.  With a price, description and part of the story of where I have collected my pieces.
This is my pride and joy...bought both for $56.00.  If you know anything about Frankoma...each piece is worth a couple of hundred.  They have the Puma Mark.
