A Look Into Skylus |
3.27.02
|
Congratulations final 12 for making the merge. After one more
person is voted off, the rest of you will take a seat on the
jury, a panel of 9 people who will decide the final Survivor.
Behind the name, you all know this is about the lands, and what
reaches furthest across all the lands? Simply enough: the sky.
The old Junga has 5 members making the merge, old Shora trailing
by 4, and old Canya with 3. This is where things will get
really interesting. Good luck and see you all at the next
challenge. |

A Chauvinist Among US |
3.27.02
|
You
may have noticed that last week's comments included "he's not
male." Could that possibly mean a sexist pig is amongst
our midst trying to boot off all the males before the females?
We will see how things will work out this week. |
|
|
Violent Vi |
3.23.02
|
Vi's
aggressive side is apparently showing as she poked and slightly
shoved former Junga-teammate May during English class for the
past two days. She will be ejected from the game if she
continues to be a physical threat to May's well-being. |
|
|
Arnold Resurrected |
3.23.02
|
Arnold's attempt to attend the Resurrection challenge awarded
him with the chance to return to the game. Only one more person
will be able to return in the course of the game. |

|
Tribal Split |
3.1.02
|
lf
you thought you knew how to play this game, you are dead wrong.
The tribes have been split into new groups and will continue on
until we can merge into one final tribe. Chau was also
resurrected for winning the challenge allowing her to return
(all others refused to return). However, voting will vary much
starting with the next tribal council. A more in depth
explanation of this will be revealed when the challenge starts
tomorrow at 6:00 pm PST. |

Reward Challenge
Dispute |
2.10.02
|
David's use of a program to rescramble the words in the last
challenge has been disputed over and challenged. Former leader,
Mark, took a stand against his victory and attempted to count up
the total valid number of words David actually has. David,
however, falls short of Mark's total and does not have more
words. Mark will win the privilege of the same reward. |

Survivor Curses
About... |
2.14.02
|
An
unnamed Survivor expressed their hatred toward another Survivor
member. Explicitly stated, the person called another
member a f***er and did not have any remorse for saying so.
This verbal remark dates back to when Duc referred to Survivor
champ, Inho as a b***** during the first game of Survivor
Precinct: The Elements. We will bring you further details of
this story. |
|
Paul Way Younger |
2.14.02
|
Originally thought to be 17, paulzer13 of the Junga tribe is
actually 11 years old. He apologizes for lying about his age.
Whether this age gap or the complaints about insistent instant
messaging will affect the game, no one will know until the next
Tribal Council. |

Ep. 1 Shatters Record |
2.10.02
|
Thanks to the Survivor online debut, GPF shattered its previous
record of 786 to 1188. The posting chains also delivered
staggering numbers with visits reaching 2000+. Last summer's
Survivor barely met the 500 post mark. |

Episode 15:
Junga Carries David to Win |
Jury Voting |
 SKYLUS:
On
the final day of Survivor, the Jury
came to a close decision between the final two contestants. In
the end, tribe loyalties ran deep as ex-Junga castaway DT
amazingly received votes from his former tribemates 4-3 against
Brian. He received votes from three members he was responsible
for ousting: Mark, Vi, and May.
Dat also voted along with the pact. Brian received the remaining
three votes as DT made enemies with Arnold and
Chris. The third vote came from Brian's ability to answer DL's
question effectively earning him an additional vote.

See how they voted.
A member of the strongest tribe in this game needs to take it
home.
He
played a good game, although not clean, and because he was in
Junga. In some ways, being in Junga helped me reach the
final 6 which wasn't expected.
David deserves it. He participated in all of the challenges, and
knew how to play the game. Also, since Junga rules, David should
win.
I
don't want David to win.

"Mark"ed Out of Final 2 |
Standard Voting |
SKYLUS:
After a 20-30 minute challenge requiring agility and endurance,
the underdog of the game, David T. won immunity against Brian
and Mark. Brian made the first blunder continuing the
sequence of numbers in the incorrect order. Mark received error
messages causing him to answer above the allotted time limit. In
the end, old tribal units continued to dissolve with DT taking
Brian instead of former Junga teammate. The final will be this
Thursday.

May Day for May |
Standard Voting |
SKYLUS:
Call it strategy, fear, or greed, but many of those factors went
into voting off May, the clear favorite to win Survivor 2.
After a tense deadlock vote 2-2 between Brian and May, each of
the Survivors plead to the remaining castaways on why they
should be able to stay in the game. In the end, both former
Junga tribe members sided against the popular player making her
the 6th member to join the jury. Immediately after Tribal
Council (in the chat room), May signed off to catch her breath
on the vote and returned to exchange a few words with her "ally"
DT.
Gotta stick with the group that brought me.
Don't want to see her in the finals.
For
personal reasons can't say now.
She's a major threat.

David Ly Takes a Dive |
Standard Voting |
SKYLUS:
In another turn of surprising events, DL takes the walk of shame
earlier than planned. The underdogs of the game have turned
around and have started to break down the alliance that
was
controlling the game. If you think you got the game figured out,
that usually indicates you will be sent packing soon. One tribe
member said they were voting by the alliance when I asked them
how they came to decide their vote. Who that person is will
remain a mystery.
Congratulations to the rest of you for making the final four.
See you guys for the final episode in two weeks.

Vi Gets Majority Vote |
Standard Voting |
SKYLUS:
This
week's vote may have been hard for the Survivor's to cast as
Rancho people were forced to vote for one another. However, an
underlying powershift decided it was Vi's turn to take the walk
of shame, apparent through the second comment. Vi joined as the
last castaway of this season and made it as far as juror #4.

Skylus Scorches Up |
Standard Voting |
SKYLUS:
The voting block in the game continues to dominate who leaves
each week and Chris just happened to fall into their list next.
After a unanimous vote against Vi, Chris will have a tough time
to decide the winner after each of the remaining players
factored into his banishment. Even more discerning for Chris is
the fact David Ly voted him off after Chris provided the winning
answer. With Chris gone, its time for the competition to get
even more cut throat. Good luck Final 6.

Unexpected Leave |
Request |
SKYLUS:
All of you voted but despite your effort to oust your desired
person, Dat has chosen to leave the game ahead of the person who
was about to go. He leaves saying that it would not be fair for
him to be in this game knowing he does not participate on the
same level as the rest of you. However, his effect on the game
is not over as he is the 2nd member to join the jury. Since
immunity winners did not end up winning anything, they will be
given two points extra at our next reward challenge on Thursday.
Good luck Final 7.

Episode 8:
No More Light |
Standard Voting / Violation
Banishment |
SKYLUS:
Arnold reentered the game hoping to get revenge against
aggressors of the past, but unfortunately, a virus took down his
computer making him unable to attend the challenge for immunity.
He led the way with votes this round sending the California
student home once again. However, this will not be Arnold's last
appearance as he is the first person to sit on the 7 person jury
who will ultimately decide the winner of this game.

could not allow inactive members stay before active
ones, banishing the three from the game.

|
Episode 7.5:
Midseason Exits |
Request / Forced Banishment |
SKYLUS:
Jeff will be leaving the game voluntarily. His
decision to leave was based on personal conflicts that
he should deal with before continuing on with the
game. We want to thank him for being part of this game
as an active member who brought along his share of
moments this season. Hope to see you next season.
SKYLUS:
Kenn... some of you may be wondering who the heck
he is and you have every reason to be bewildered as to
his identity because he has failed to show up to
several challenges and tribal councils. I would
like to say he would be missed but how can you miss
anyone you do not even get to know? Best of luck.

Episode 7:
Third Time's a Charm |
Voted Within Tribes |
SHORA:
Shora's trip to tribal council was the most
interesting of the week as it was their first trip
since the tribal split a few weeks ago. However, it
all came down to alliances, clearly showing a division
within the Shora tribe. Two clear targets were
made this week but Chau, with more past votes met her
doom after three votes were casted.

hands of David Ly, the sole member of the once

It was a unanimous decision to release the 18 year
old student from California. After contributing to the

Ballas Booted; Vacation-Bound |
Nominators:
David T. - May |
Nominees: Dan - Hussain -

JUNGA:
Time is a big factor in winning this game and Dan's
teammates voted him off just because of that.
Whether it be al the AP classes or basketball, no one
wanted to carry him into the files let alone to the
merge.
Because
he might do something weird
He's a
male
CANYA:
Every action made in this game will ultimately
hurt or benefit you in the long run. Hussain's
costly mistake: posting a random number out of no
where in the very first challenge. The confusion
aspect probably kept Hussain at bay from the game.
Hussain was nominated 3 times but on his third time,
luck was not on his side.

to keep Shelly on
Time for
him to go
JUNGA:
Call it what you want, whether she faces the
downfall of playing in the first season or going on an
extended vacation, it was her fellow tribemates that
sealed her fate on the island. Although she tied in
total votes, Shelly had one single vote cast against
her in the past and is the reason behind her
banishment over Ngoc's.

Revenge and Riddance |
Nominators:
Arnold - May |
Nominees: Brian - Chris -
David Ly - Hussain |
CANYA:
After nominating a former teammate, there has been a
campaign to eliminate Arnold since then. For this
person, revenge is sweet. Arnold began to emerge as a
power figure and this weeks, several votes were casted
against him for that very reason. Arnold leaves
saying: "Darkness will prevail."
You have
been nothing but rude to me since we started the game
and if it my time to go at least I know I gave you a
vote
Due to the
fact that he was after
all the active people
He's
too powerful
I've
never voted him off before
he gets
on my nerves sometimes
Just
protecting my buddies
I'm no
non-confomrist but this situation I will decide to
conform with the crowd and eliminate this little
annoyance
JUNGA:
The eleven year old student ruffled many feathers
while in the game and this ultimately led to his
banishment in episode 5. Among some of the
justifications were his incessant IMs and his mistakes
during the immunity challenges costing his team.
this game is killing me! always giving me these hard
choices of people to vote off. if i absolutely have to

Epsiode 4: No More Drama |
Nominators:
Arnold - May |
Nominees: Brian - Chris -
David Ly - Hussain |
JUNGA:
The ASB member and current Key Club vice president got
the axe from his former and new tribemates. He was
labeled as a threat by those who voted him off. Chris,
however, did not take his booting too well giving
suspected tribemate May a rough time at school. The
drama does not end here folks.
I vote for
Hussain and Chris. Mainly because
I conspired w/ someone else
to do so, makes more
sense than randomly picking one. I also am not overly
fond of either. Competition wise,
Chris might prove to be a
problem later on
Chris,
because I want to
continue my streak of voting against him
Being a
veteran of the past Survivor: The Elements tournament,
he poses a significant threat with his past experience
with alliance, challenges, and the such.
Eliminating him will increase
the probability for "newbie" Survivors to persist
I want
Chris out...he represents a huge competitor for this
game. My mama taught me you have to have a win - lose
mentality in order to succeed in life.
Besides, he's no leader in
this battlefield. He's more of what you call a
spectator; he's incapable of winning... It's just not
in his nature
I know
you're after me...
Don't know you and that scares me
CANYA:
If Brian did anything wrong to get booted, it
certainly did not help being very unknown to his
teammates. After surviving the Canya downfall, his
former tribe nears to be an extinct race.
He's not
match to be in the game from the start. He plays well,
but he hasn't earned my respect to be a Survivor
winner. I rather watch him go than stay
I do not
wish to eliminate all of my teammates because they
should become useful in the future. The other Survivor
I know and does not
pose a threat currently.
Brian, however, does not ring a bell in my head and so
he was chosen by elimination
I vote for
Hussain because I have never got a chance to talk to
him and I have talked to the other 3 people before so
you are my first logical choice.

Epsiode 3: Canya
Crumbles, Rocky Times |

CANYA:
Although Linh hopes his remaining team members luck and
love, it is ironic to note he left the game pointing out
how his team did not participate as much. Canya has had
"rocky" times placing last in every challenge and with the
loss of an active member, it doesn't look too good for his
former tribe.
It's been fun meeting...some of you, and well, I don't
think I belong here anymore.
Still I'll wish the remainders luck and love...don't
kill each others.
I'm outta here
CANYA:
Second place last season among a group of 16 people,
Moco's feeling this time around is an attitude of
discontent. He does not have the time to play the game nor
the patience to deal with a large crowd of players. And
the competition dwindles.
It just got
too big.
CANYA:
Will lasted a matter of 3 episodes but because he failed
to participate in the challenges and tribal councils, he
will be eliminated from the game as the 7th person kicked
out. |
|
|
Episode 2: Active Take Out Inactive |

CANYA:
Alvaro came to sign up to the game, vote in the past tribal
councils and expected to make it much farther in the game. This
week's bootee was purely chosen out of the basis that this
person never showed up to any of the challenges to help his
teammate. It appears that no one really knew Alvaro if only one
person was able to comment on his performance in the game.

Although Mike made a last ditch effort to play an active role in
the game, it was too late for his tribemates as he was booted
out of the game. The lack of AIM and signs of earnest to play

banishment.
Mike - we cant talk w/ him on aim, and

Being put on a team with a person who placed third last season is
not too comforting. This ultimately led to Chau's demise in Episode

their votes.
"No offense Chau, but I voted you off

Who

|
Kavman's
Korner |
#7: 3.23.02
|
Well
I would like to congratulate for all Survivors who have made it. To
those who haven't, better luck next time. This latest boot was
filled with superfluous amounts
of DRAMA! Two rival forces clashed heavily, and only one could
remain. I have been watching this issue develop throughout the
entire game. As we can see, our friend Mr. Ly can be very diplomatic
when necessary, quite persuasive indeed. This seems to have worked
to his advantage, but maybe not so good for OTHER PLAYERS (warning
to anyone who is not David Ly).
Now Paulzer
on the other hand, well we knew he would be gone from the get go.
Yes it is true Survivors
lie. Many times they lie about votes, about allies, about their
motives... but lying about your age!? What is the point in that? I
can also see "messing with people's minds" can be useful... BUT
constantly annoying players!? I guess Paul just couldn't cut it.
Remember to post in
"All about Kavman" All Survivors who remain absent from this forum
will be trashed on. This means I will use my divine and somewhat
mystical power to BOOT YOU! Don't believe it... TRY ME! Arnold never
posted in my forumn, and neither did Paulzer... look at them now.
