The BC-245XLT and other Uniden Trunktrackers are not distributed by Uniden Europe and the "BC-" prefix indicates it is a model Uniden distribute in the USA.

Whilst the '245XLT and other Trunktrackers have limited use here in the UK it does not have "CE" approval and we are therfore unable to sell legally within the UK/EU.

We are however hopeful we will be shorlty able to offer for sale outside the EU the Australian version of the ' 245XLT, the UBC-245XLT which has been recently introduced down under. This differs from the BC-245XLT in so much as having:

66-88MHz low VHF coverage rather than 29-54MHz
12.5Khz steps on VHF 137-174MHz
