The practice operates from a purpose-built Health Centre within the historic and lively setting of the cathedral city of Canterbury. It has been a training practice since 1980 and many of the former Registrars have become principals in local General Practices.

Single-handed practice committed to providing safe and effective General Medical Services to the patients with provision for disease prevention and health promotion.

The Registrar will be encouraged to explore the depth and breadth of General Practice and they will be able to help determine the direction of their studies. Ample time is allowed for personal study and development.

The practice is fully computerised and has a complement of extended team members including 4 Practice Nurses, District Nurses, Health Visitors and Midwife. All members of the Primary Health Care Team will be available to offer the Registrar practical training and support. out of hours is provided the CANDOC Co-operative.

The practice has outside interests in gastroscopy, colonoscopy, audit and numerous sporting activities.
