I, Charles Davis of Charles County, for 1200 lbs. of crop tobacco for rent due Ignatius Luckett of Charles County, do make over to sd Ignatius Luckett, 2 cows and calves, 2 yearlings and 1 colt and 1 sow and 13 shoats [pigs] and 4 sheep and 2 iron pots and a Dutch oven and 2 old feather beds.
