I, I.C. Davis of Berea, Madison County, Kentucky, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do hereby make and publish this as and for my last will and testament hereby
revoking and making void every and all other will or wills By me at any time heretofore
made and first I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all my just debts, funeral
expenses incident to the administration of my estate as soon as reasonably may be after \
my decease
Item: I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Nannie E. all the rest residue and
remainder of my estate real, personal and mixed, to her, her heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever.
Item: I do hereby nominate my said wife to be the executrix of this my last will and
testament and do nominate my said wife to be the guardian of my minor children. It is my
desire that my wife shall not be required to give bond either as executrix or guardian.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the seventh day of January 1910
Signed sealed published and declared by I.C. Davis the above named testator as
and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence
and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

At a County Court held for Madison County Ky on the 7th day of March 1910 the
foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament
of I.C. Davis Dec'd was produced to said Court read filed and offered for
probate where same was proved by the oath of J.L. Gay that testator signed said
writing in his presence and at time of signing was of sound mind and memory competent
to make a will and knew his property that he signed same in presence of and at request
of testator and in presence of L.A. Davis the other subscribing witness, ordered
that the further hearing of ___ be passed and ___ on March 28th 1910 they cause same and same was
proved by the oath of L.A. Davis that testator signed same in the presence and at time
of signing was of sound mind and memory competent to make a will and know his property, that
he signed same in presence of and at request of said testator and in presence of
J.L. Gay the other subscribing witnesses. It is therefore ordered that same be probated as and for the
last true will and testament of I.C. Davis Dec'd and admitted to record as such
which is now done accordingly this March 28th 1910
