Wood carvings My work is a right balance between the advanced CAD/CAM/CNC technology and the old European crafts industry. In spite of and perhaps and because of the great complexity, i like very much these works because i can carry out anyone of my dream relating to carved wood. This challenge to obtain as complex as it is what i justifies me. The possibilities are unlimited and the more they are in constant progress which eliminates the routine in this "magical" work. This modern crafts, because yes, it continues being crafts. The design process is where are the crafts. Even if it made aided with a computer, there is a creative work. The design process starts with an outline carried out with hand on paper, inspired by the antiques decorative crafts industries and continuous in the shape of a drawing in three dimensions on the screen of a computer... These reliefs can be sculpt in : - Doors and windows - Jamb post and cornice of chimney - Balusters - Ceiling - Support of balcony or beams - Pictures frames - Chests, tables, beds ... Here in my web site I expose what is my hobby, I'm not a professional, I'm don't have a company or a business (nothing to sell). although I'm don't discard to make of this activity my profession. In fact I claim to acquire markets to carry out this step.
