Simple!
But a court of law must choose and the choice was made long long ago
But this refers to the physical being and explains nothing nor does it promise anything.
It is the thinking that makes the person.
It is the emotional reacting that makes the person and the "thinking " stems from what he knows and knowing from what he has lived
