Days of Our Lives' Julianne Morris (Greta) isn't someone who wants to go through life by herself. "I'm a relationship person," she says. "I want to share my life with someone, and being with my true love is the one most important thing I'd like to accomplish. But ironically," she admits, "that special relationship with someone is the hardest thing to accomplish."

Morris speaks from experience, having recently come off an 18-month relationship with actor Greg Vaughn. Prior to that, she had a romance with Eddie Cibrian (ex-Cole, Sunset Beach) that began when they were both on The Young & the Restless. Though things didn't work out with Vaughn, Morris seems to have nothing but good things to say about her ex. "He is an awesome human being, an amazing person, really beyond phenomenal," she enthuses. "Greg is beyond cool; he's great. I'd like to be with someone like him, someone honest and kind." A devout Christian, Morris also seeks "someone who loves God, but still has a cool edge to him --- who can be impulsive and just pick up and take off for Mexico or somewhere."

While the actress waits for that person to come along, she is hardly lacking for a partner in her adventures. Her older brother Scott, an aspiring novelist living in Mississippi, is coming to visit her for several months in Los Angeles. Morris is planning trips to San Fransisco, Las Vegas, Mexico and some of California's state parks.

"We've become very close," Morris says of her brother, who has a Masters Degree in philosopahy and whom she admires very much. "He is a thinker and incredible writer. He's a true artist; when he writes a movel, it's part of his soul." She adds that she's looking forward to hanging out with him. "In the next few years, one or both of us could become involved in a serious relationship, so it's nice now to spend time with each other. I'm so excited!"

Morris also treasures her parents, Max and Nilavae; she and Scott recently went to visit them at the new home Morris bought for them outside of Orlando, Florida. "It's a cute little dollhouse, so darling, with a big backyard and beautiful pool and landscaping. It's perfect for them, and it's a gift I always wanted to give them," she says delightedly. The family, including Morris' mini-dachshund Cowboy, very much enjoyed "hanging out together at the pool, going out to dinner, cooking in, just enjoying each other's company," Morris reports. "God did an awfully cool job in giving me my mom and dad. They are part of the plan. They are truly amazing people."

They have always been very supportive of their children's creative careers, bestowing upon each of them a sense of individuality and self-motivation. "They taught us to have passion about whatever we do," Morris explains. "They gave us unconditional love and the safety to be who we are. We were always encouraged to follow our dreams, to think and make our own choices. We did." When she and Scott have philosophical questions about life, their parents "often tell us to read the Bible and come to our own answers."

In the same way, Morris is "waiting on God" to send her the right mate at the right time. "Right now, I'm alone... and it's okay," she says. "but who knows what tomorrow will bring?"
