This is the procession towards the West Mall where the commencement ceremonies were to begin. I was accompanied by 7,000 other graduates from the various colleges in the university. If you look to the left of the photo, in the background, you can catch a glimpse of an old French flag. Texas has been under 6 flags since it was discovered by the Spanish.
