DARLING DAUGHTER OF OURS.

Oh darling daughter of ours, what pain you endure,
If only dreams were real and we could find the cure,
Seeing two Angels flying home on a heavenly dove,
Bringing joy and happiness to the one they love,
But wonderful dreams like this can never be,
So lock in your heart your Darlings, for only you to see,

Oh darling daughter of ours,  we hate to see you cry,
You are being hurt for something you did not do,
And like you we cannot fathom why,
But you have done nothing, and God knows to,
For  your dear ones are safe in heaven, in each others love,
Never to be lonely, with Angels and Cherubs above,

Oh darling daughter of ours, if wishes could come true,
We would make everyday happy and beautiful for you,
With your big and loving heart, you deserve the best,
We will stand beside you, try and get some rest,

Oh darling daughter of ours, don't forget how to smile,
All broken hearts are mended in a short while,
Tears and sorrow make sweet memories of the past,
Of precious loved ones that will forever last,

Oh darling daughter of ours, You, Mum and I will always love,
And love your two darlings now with God above,
With two broken hearts, we both share your pain,
But pain all forgotten, when we all meet on God's starry plain.
