Q. Would you please tell me if this is correct and would you explain? "Interactive television takes several forms, depending upon who is offering it." Thanks you.

A. This is correct. "Who" is the subject of the clause "who is offering it." People sometimes incorrectly want to use "whom" here because it comes after a preposition ("upon"). However, the object of the preposition is the entire clause.
