(ANNALS of SW VA...p. 379): Edward Hughes-Catharine his wife, - plaintiffs;against Jasper Robinett (defendant), in Trespass - Assault & Battery. "This day came the parties &c. & also a jury, towit John Rennolds, Rotus Neely, Thomas Kelley,
Wallis Estill, John Peck, Thos. Martin, Robert Shields, Geo.Green, Henry Jones, Isham Burks, Wm. Ashton and James Wallace. Retd. verdict that each party to pay their costs expended in this suit." (proves Isham Burks still in Botetourt Co.
8/15/1783).
