Interview with:

- D. Sailors, is "D" the Drunker? Why?

Uli B. - Yes! To ten years ago, when we were small, we studied together and in the school they said that we drank a lot, the name appeared in 1992 when it was "The Drunker Sailors", oh we saw that it didn't sound well and as most they called us just of "Sailors" others of "The Sailors" decided to just use "D.Sailors"... actually doesn't have a because!

- How this the scene hardcore in Germany?

Caddy - Has a difference among the hardcore in Brazil and in Germany...
Uli B. - We are not considered hardcore for there, we are knowner as a band of Punk Rock. The German market in Punk is very different; scene "Emo", scene "Straightedge"... it agglomerates everything in Punk Rock that is our largest contact!
Caddy - Now they are appearing several new bands, Americans... several different bands that we are having contact and playing with some!
Uli B. - Hardcore in Germany is heavier and the bands form cooperatives to record Cd and they distribute the earnings. This union is going from the recording, graphic art, distribution and even accomplishment of shows!

- Do you possess two Eps and two thrown Cd?

Uli B. - Yes, but in the moment we are just publishing the most recent, that it was thrown here in Brazil by "Nitroala", with the personnel of "Nitrominds" and the other ones still were not thrown for here. Us nor we have been playing the old music, we are just playing the new ones; the one of the first Cd nor did we play more because healthy very old more or less six years ago (old no?!) and in the shows of here are really just playing the ones of the I finish work!

- This the third show is here in Brazil, which the expectation for the tour?

Uli B. - We didn't wait for anything! Because they spoke to us, "Bambix" that came once, it returned and this to return, for "not waiting anything and yes to play the maximum that you were able to that the result would come and the experience will be the maximum, one of the best than they will have! ". passed Year when we played with "Nitrominds" in Europe, in his tour of four weeks, in some shows in Germany were few people and the half was stopped looking, very different from here! (it should be for that that the foreign bands attach in playing for here!) The show yesterday (Mercado Mix) it was it of biggest publish of the band to today, he had some six thousand people...

- I heard to speak that were ten thousand!

Uli B. - It doesn't believe! Until could have that but dispersed for the event, in the tents, stores and track of Skate... for the same show we believed that he had about five thousand people...
Caddy - I was super nervous because actually I don't play officially in "D.Sailors" have a band in Germany (Wohlfstandskinder) and we played plenty, about fifteen to seventeen shows a year, and I am not more nervous before the presentations... but yesterday I was a death panic!

- Thank you! Some final consideration?

Caddy - I would like to talk about "Marco", the original drummer! He is sick, with heart problems and it was prohibited of flying for medical orientation, because he takes life risk in flight! Therefore the band invited me, we always played together; "Uli B." until he/she played sax in the recording of our Cd! At moment I refused, therefore he already had shows with my band but I got to cancel the presentations for six months and I accepted the invitation, for that I am so nervous before the shows! And I dedicate this tour to "Marco" that I wait, get better soon!
