Proof of publishing notices of Appointment fo Administrator October,
10,1903 Inventory filed October 12, 1903 Certificate of deposit No 509
in Union Savings Bank, Sigourney $800 Certificate of deposit No. 38382
1st National, Sigourney $73.75 Application for order filed 18,
January, 1904 "divided property among his children amounting to more
than $8,000".

Application for order filed February 18, 1905 "said Myra Carmichael is
agreed to pay into his hands as executor in full of all such demands
the some of $280".  Inventory December 5, 1904 Claim against Jennie
Johnson for rent for the year 1902...the sum of 99.68 November 30,
1904..with 6% interest.  Claim against Myra Carmichael .. annual
payment to said deceased the sum of $89.  Petition of intervention of
Myra Carmichael "She would further show that in addition to the share
due her as such heir she is entitled to the 1/2 of the distributive
shares of Jessie M. Morrison and Edward Morrison shown to be due them
by said final report by reason of an assignment from them to her".

Jesse M. Morrison signed and dated the transfer July 1, 1904.
Edward Morrison signed and dated the transfer March 30,1904.
Petition was dated March 31, 1905 before C. H. Moody, Notary Public.

Answer to Petition of intervention filed April 17, 1905 "J. M.
Morrison" (against petition of Myra Carmichael) was obtained without
condsideration and by fraudulent representations made by the
Intervenors and the Intervenor well knew at the time the said false
and fraudulent representations were made, that they were untrue and
made for the purpose of defrauding the defendant.

That Page B. Morgan as he is informed and believes,
died at his home in San Francisco, Ca..
Surviving him, Mrs. Fannie Morgan his widow,and his four children as his
only heirs at law, and whose names are as follows;
1st Mrs. Grace Norris, daughter; 2nd Thomas Morgan, son,
3rd Ethel Mae Johnson, daughter, 4th Carol Morgan, a daughter......

4th para as follows:
that since granting of letters of administration herein Jennie Johnson, a
daughter of the above named deceased, has died intestate at Jefferson Co, Iowa,
leaving surviving her M. D. Johnson, her husband, and 3 children named, John,
Edna M. and Lucille Johnson, etc., etc.


Final report April 11, 1905 Publication for 2 consecutive weeks in the
Keokuk News March 23, 1905 -- March 30, 1905 N. W. Weedham. fee $6.30.

1906.  share of Page B. Morgan....ordered paid over into the hands of
the Clerk of court....the said Page B. Morgan is now Deceased...in
favor of the said E. W. Carmichael as Administrator..etc..  Order for
deposits filed November 28, 1905 ( that the executor deposit with the
Clerk the amount due Page B. Morgan's heirs $218.02)

Supplement to Final Report filed November 8, 1905 J. R. McVicker,
Clerk of D.C. Received $218 and $4.00 for the heirs and repesentatives
of Page B. Morgan, Deceased......that in accordance with the order of
this court he has released upon the margin of the record thereof the
contract recorded on the land records of Keokuk county, Iowa in
Morgage record 36 at page 152....sworn before Robert G. Boland, Notary
Public. November 7, 1905,
