GrandVistaCondo - Press Release

Several unit owners at Grand Vista Condominiums in Hialeah Gardens, Florida have reported that they have not received nor seen posted in the public areas notices of Committee Meetings organized by a group of concerned property owners.  Information bulletins, which have been delivered all unit owners' doors and posted in all common areas have disappeared.  Committee members have seen members of the Board of directors removing the bulletins and replacing the public bulletins with the following unbelievable document accusing the Committee of being a Communist Party.

The document appears to be written poorly in Spanish and is being translated literally to English as follows:

Grand Vista Condo

To All Property Owners interested and who have never lived in a communist country and have no idea what it is when a group is referred to as "A committee of neighbors", I would like to inform you that this small word means irregularity, non compliance to the laws already in place.  They are trying to start trouble, and place doubts about those that in some form or other try to help the community.

Run for office yourself, so you can also have the chance to serve.  Elect your rights as a property owner, and don't allow scarce minds which are full of communist ideas to put improper thoughts into your own mind.

Remember that all of us together can do more than a small group of separated individuals.

Don't forget our sister country Venezuela.  One wrong decision could cost us all the peace and tranquility.

Thank you for your attention.

Unsigned.

PLEASE NOTE:  The above bulletin was NOT created by the Grand Vista Special Action Committee.  The committee does not endorse or use such unprofessional and improper means of stereotyping and typecasting.  If you will notice, the above bulletin is not signed.  The board members used high bonding adhesive to post these notices and make it difficult to remove.  Unit owners at Grand Vista are cautioned to use their own judgment when receiving or reading publications of this nature.  If anyone doubts their authenticity, they should forward a copy or email the committee at: info@grandvistacondo.com.
