Property Owners Schedule Review of
Records for August 12

On July 29, 2002, in a
scheduled meeting to review the official records, Clemente De La Torre Jr.
of Tower Management Services indicated to several property owners present
that his accountant was sick and that the official records of the
condominium were not available or in order. A group of property
owners have rescheduled this official meeting to review the records of the
condominium for August 12, 2002 at 10:00 am. You are welcome
to inspect the records on the same date, please join us at:

PLEASE NOTE:
Property owners of Grand Vista may also inspect these records on their
own, by sending a written request to the above address. The Board of
Directors of Grand Vista and the Property Manager, Tower Management
Services Inc. have received a warning letter from the Division of
Condominiums notifying them that failure to present the records may result
in severe fines and civil penalties. In addition, civil and criminal
litigation expenses may be collected in result of damages and fines for
each person not receiving these records, of no less than a minimum of $50
per day may be collected from the board members and property manager.
