I went searching the web to see what, besides the institute, was the legacy of Fuller. It seems that the majority of people are either lacking the intellectual skills which he had (he was a genius), or trying to replace the current system with a new one.
They are only about two pages worth mentioning (but I must admit, I did relatively little research):
The "World Prosperity Publishing" page, which seems to be somewhat broken, but had some good quotes. The jist, however, is this:
"Resistence is futile", FIRST AND FOREMOST just BELIEVE IN YOURSELF[7]
I will now take almost verbosely from that site, the definition of real prosperity:
What is required of you:
The well-presented anti-capitalism site [1] that I found has the flaw that it expects to usurp capitalism and replace it with no-profit capitalism (or something), and magically redistribute wealth.
What I am proposing through free enterprise, is increasing the % of population which is rich, who could themselves solve socio-economic problems. If that means providing basic food and housing for all of the people in your local community, then do it. If that means contributing to the world hunger project, then do it. If it means providing better education in areas which your trans-company specialises in, then do it. Stop whining at leaders to change the system, and become a leader of your own system.
Also, the anti-capitalist site naively expects rich people to give up what they have, and redistribute it to the poor. That will never happen, and I would never promote it.
My right to prosper means that others also have the right to prosper. As I can afford to help more, I will help more... and if someone can convince the super-rich to end world hunger now, then fine... but often, it is not even the super-rich, but, rather, the transiently rich, who start wars which lead to obvious death but also, the destruction of the very environment needed to create sustainable societies.
In any case, the solution is for people who care, to gain wealth and do what their conscience tells them is right. Alternately, stay poor (or "middle class" or "comfortable") and remain Yet Another Ranting Slave.
