Management / Mentors: Since the teams will be self-directed, the management will become consultants, advisors, and mentors rather than oppressive dictators / cult leaders / two-faced demons.

Trans-Company: Transcending legal system and Imperialistic capitalism, embodying the form of a transcendental capital structure with wealth being "Spun" or "Rotated" to and from economic and uneconomic (e.g. mental health, spiritual, social, intellectual wealth, physical health).

King: Founder, benevolent dictator, gentle ruler.

There exists a memorandum of understanding between the board of directors / mentors and the king that the company is as much theirs as it is his. If push comes to shove, they can bring a motion of no-confidence. Hence, the King has to resign but takes all of his assets with him... the resulting company must use another name and so on.

e.g. for the Linux kernel, the GPL allows anyone to "fork" the linux tree, and carry on develpment according to their individual goals and philosophies (which has already happened, many times, to the betterment of both the individuals involved and the quality of the linux kernel)
