ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY's European headlining tour will kick off on April 3rd in Kingston, United Kingdom at The Peel and is expected to conclude on April 26th in Reykjavik, Iceland at Grand Rokk. This is ATP's second headlining tour of Europe in support of their latest release, Fulton Hill. INGROWING from Czech Republic is a grindcore bulldozer from Budweis city who had just came back from a successful Asian tour and Philippines was left out again, they will celebrate their 10th anniversary and for OEFest 2005 in Czech Rep. they will prepare special show with the best tracks of their history and also some new songs for their upcoming album! And people from the underground community should “capitalize” on this one by downloading and file sharing of local artists songs, put them on CDrs and sell it on the streets, so you can make enough money to support your DIY activities and not for another Condo unit for these FAT MAJOR LABEL EXECUTIVES. I thought that the dog days of summer is here, until I experienced the midnight rain showers once again...ahhhh I really missed this kind of weather here in Antipolo, makes you wanna curl up with a book about Satanism! Gran Peligro HQ’s condemned the recent bomb attacks in Gen. Santos, Makati and Davao, we symphatized with the victim’s respective families, hope you’ll recover financially and emotionally soon. On to the news, Germany based grindcore band S.O.L. (Sons of Lucifer) will do a 4 leg tour here in the Philippines so watch out for that. Watup! boyz and girlz and those gender bending freakz! We recently witnessed 2 great
shows this past few weeks, the gig at Evacom Parañaque and the No Bullshit gig at Maragondon Cavite subtitled as "The Dulo ng Mundo Gig" I had a great time travelling with Sannee crap and staying at the No Bullshit HQ of Corix Psychotronic, great bands from Zambales, Laguna and of course Cavite! Back to the real news, well, probably whinings.. I'm currently looking for contributors on this site, articles, zines, books and albums for review, anything the DIY community might be interested. Watch out for new reviews this month as I'm always busy practicing sleep and discovering the wonders of being lazy! hehehe Capricorn babies, Happy Birthday! you know who you are as I bargained my ever special greetings for a chocolate cake with marshmallows all over, hope to have them delivered as soon as possible coz this KJ guy ain't afraid of

We didn't have time to celebrate the New Year coz the Gran Peligro HQ extends its deepest sympathy and condolences to our Asian brothers and sisters who perished in the tsunami disaster, hope these families will recover fully soon. 2005 promises to be an exciting year for Gran Peligro, we are currently working on the Split Cd release of Crustration (Davao City) and Konflicto (Mexico), my buddy sannee does all the shit work on this slab. The new Putang Ina Mo Zine issue #5 is currently languishing in my dusty room and will finally see daylight any time next month, ravings from the Opera Vigils section will be included along with the new music i reviewed from EL SWINGO, MY SO CALLED BAND, GODS AMONG MEN, VIVISUK, DOWN THE LINE and zines like NERO FIDDLED WHILE ROME BURNED, WHATS UP BRA? and FACIAL DISOBEDIENCE. just a note to let you all know that the much anticipated debut 7 inch from michigan thrash-masters Vivisuk is at the pressing plant as we speak (or type)... it will be released on january 21st (which incidentally is heather's birthday) at a record release party in detroit michigan. if geography permits, i expect all of you to be in attendance...we updated our website (www.upthefuckingpigs.com) to show the amazing cover art (done by mike falcigno) and we hope you find the time to check it out...we are printing it on 3 different colors of vinyl and they are all limited, so pre-ordering wouldn't be a bad idea...get in touch if you would like a review copy or if you plan on attending the show.

I had a busy month, just finished my training at the Camillian Sisters in Antipolo, looking after the elderly and the sick, whooo! am I qualified for sainthood?? hah! but seriously, I nearly lost my heart at that institution, though its odd for me being under the watchful eyes of some nuns residing there, I have no complains! I had a great time! I'll be missing every beautiful faces I met there and all the friends I made during my stay, though its not as bad unlike missing your girl so much, she's in Ilocos right now and I'll have to wait for 2 punishing weeks before I see her, I could fill up this page with all my emo crap stories, I tell you, but I don't want to bore you haha!
