POLICY & TERMS: RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS 1.Custom-made merchandise may not be returned for reasons other than defects in the materials. The following are considered custom items and are non-returnable: dance garments, sequin items, instruments of praise and unitards. In the case of defects, Grant Designs will repair or replace item. No refunds or credits will be given. 2. You have 14 days from the date of notification to return the garment for corrections and changes. After 14 days a $10-$25 alteration fee will be charged. 3. Once you are notified, dance garments left with a balance 14 days past their completion date will become the property of Grant Designs. We are not a storage unit and we do not hold on the orders past due. You will need to place your order again. 4. Grant Designs, Inc. is not responsible for orders unclaimed pass 30 days. There are no credits, exchanges or refunds for deposits and monies given towards that order. 5. Dance shoes must be returned in their original package, unworn. Please include a $5.00 exchange fee for each pair. 6. Stocked items may be returned within 14 days. Stocked merchandise will be returned for exchange or credit only. No cash refunds, no exceptions. 7. Once the payment has been received the order is considered confirmed. Grant Designs Garments and Weapons are custom-made. Once production begins, it cannot be cancelled. 8. Deposits are non refundable. 9. Order will not be processed without money in hand. 10. Once garment is received or picked up, any changes or repairs are considered alterations. There is a $10.00-$25.00 fee for all alterations. 11. Because of the fabric industry the fabric designs & patterns shown are subject to change. Solid colors are guaranteed, but all printed patterns and their colors may change. Please contact a representative for confirmation of the print before placing your order. 12. Unless otherwise specified customer is responsible for shipping fees when replacing or altering orders. |

Grant Designs, Inc. is not responsible for postal delivery mishaps. You will be notified when your order has been shipped with tracking number. Once it has left our hands please contact your postal service with any delivery problems. Refunds will not be given if delivery is late. Also, please keep in mind that there are taxes and shipping/handling charges included in your order. Shipping/handling includes not only the cost from the postal service but the packaging, boxing and travel expense of the order. | |||||||||||||||||
Payment Terms All orders are to be paid in full before order is processed. Please allow one week (7 Business Days) per five people for the completion of all custom orders prior to shipping. Large orders and rush orders are subject to different instructions. Once merhcandise is complete, balance must be paid in full prior to pickup for Illinois orders. All other merchandise must be prepaid in full. Please allow 2-3 days for Priority and 1-2 for Express. Overnight, Saturday and International shipments require different fees and costs.
