Diploma in HVAC-Refrigeration Engineering - Course No. 290
Course Aim: This course teaches the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for people intending to work as technicians in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration engineering areas.
You can choose from a range of modules that cover the fundamentals, application, control, design, equipment selection, use of HVAC Software and fault-finding of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. We can help you choose the modules which most suit your needs from the choices available in the course.
Career Opportunities:
Articulation: On completion of this course you can do a Mechanical Engineering Advanced Diploma.
Qualification: Diploma
Duration: 540 hours (7.5 hours per week for 2 years)
Attendance: Part time or full time day and/or evening
Entry Requirements: Relevant Trade Certificate or equivalent, work experience an Engineering Production Certificate III or equivalent.
