JIM ROSS: This next match is gonna be hellacious King. Great Googalick against Valhella Dracul, and all kinds of items allowed in the ring too? I don’t think I can watch! JERRY “THE KING” LAWLER: What a shame its not an evening gown match - Valhella must have cute puppies! Lets face it, she’s not got anything else thats cute. JR: Bet you wouldn’t want to tell her that to her face. KING: I would so! I’d just ...well...whisper a little so she may not hear me! Sweet Dreams by Marilyn Manson kicks in on the speakers and Canada Inc member The Great Googalick makes his way through the police officers surrounding the ring to enter the ring. He is accompanied by his two guards and wearing a straight jacket over his usual attire of orange assylum overalls. He reluctantly hands the Cruiserweight belt to Referee Lenny London. The two guards unfasten the straps of the straight jacket and are ordered from the ring by Lenny London who then struggles to restrain Googalick until Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata kicks in on the speakers and his opponent Valhella Dracul appears in the crowd before entering the ring. She goes to each ring post in turn and holds both arms above her head, and each time, the crowd react with the same boo’s and chants. Someone in the crowd holds up a red and black banner bearing pictures of garlic cloves and the words “I love Buffy”. Valhella is angry, and tries to leave the ring to attack the fan, but the police officers push her back in. She catches her foot and staggers backwards but manages to keep her balance. Googalick is on her like a shot and pounds her into the corner of the ring with hard right punches and a piece of steel pipe tossed in by a police officer before she has chance to make any kind of defensive move. She sinks to the mat and Lenny London calls for a break. Dazed and battered Val sits in the corner of the ring trying to focus and get to her feet. Googalick bends over her, shouting abuse and obscenities and slapping her face and suddenly she grabs him by the throat, stands, and executes a perfect chokeslam. KING: That has to be the chokeslam from hell. Did you see that JR? I thought it was all over for Valhella. JR: You should know by now that she never gives up. Pulling Googalick to his feet again, Valhella throws him across the ring in an Irish whip before a combined baseball slide and legtripwhich takes him off his feet and out into the crowd of police officers outside the ring. Valhella laughs as Googalick is beaten with their nightsticks and kicked by about 8 of them at once before being dumped back into the ring. His nose is bloodied and a cut has opened up above his left eye, but he gives a maniacal laugh and goes after Valhella again, picking her up and throwing her over the top rope, smashing her into the Spanish announce table which turns to matchsticks on impact. She lies motionless among the wreckage and a paramedic makes a move to go and check on her. Before the medic gets to her, the police officers pounce on her, pounding her with their nightsticks, and one of them hands a pair of handcuffs to Googalick who holds them up to the crowd and laughs again. Valhella is tossed back in the ring and Googalick applies the cuffs, tying her to the bottom ring rope and kicking her mercilessly and hitting her in the stomach and head with the steel pipe again and again as she struggles to get free. Googalick is still bleeding from his nose and his cut eye and soon Valhella is laid wide open too across her cheek and her forehead, and her wrist is broken by the restraining hancuffs. Lenny London calls for the match to be ended as both competitors have taken enough punishment. JR: Oh my god King, this is terrible. Lenny London should have stopped this match almost as soon as it starts. KING: I like Googalick’s style - show a woman whose boss, that’s my theory! JR: I’ll say no more on that King, my wife may be watching. Valhella is almost unconscious but still makes several attempts to kick Googalick and manages to deliver a low blow, but it merely stuns him and he goes to the other side of the ring where he is passed a stepladder. He carries it across and stands it up beside Valhella, climbing to the top and jumping off onto her a number of times. Lenny London is still signalling to Googalick to stop and the timekeeper is ringing the bell to the end of the match, but Googalick is uncontrollable now and nothing is affecting him but the nightmares of his own sick mind. He folds the stepladder and brings it down with great force onto the outstretched legs of Valhella. She screams and rolls around in agony but is still cuffed to the ring rope so theres no escaping for her. The Canadian lunatic repeats this several times, laughing evilly and waving at the crowd who are now on their feet wanting to see more. JR: This truly is terrible King. I can’t watch - tell me when its all over. KING: It looks like its over for Valhella already JR. She has to have a broken leg at the very least. And it looks like even if hes disqualified, Googalick keeps the belt. What an end though. Out of nowhere, the guards appear and restrain Googalick with the straightjacket, picking up the Cruiserweight belt and taking both the belt and the crazy man back to the locker room. EMT’s tend to the now unconscious and bloodied Valhella Dracul, calling for the key to the cuffs before she is stretchered off. |
