"Voter Freedom Act"
Section A. In every election, a citizen who is eligible to run for a local, state or federal office shall have the right to circulate a nominating petition one hundred days prior to the state primary election.
Section B. In all partisan elections, independent nominees may appear on the ballot with a political party designation instead of the word "independent". The designation must not to exceed five words. It must not falsely indicate an affiliation with or the support of any political party organized in accordance with state law. It must not include any substantive word or phrase that is profane or that is already included in or resembles the name of a political party entitled to a separate column on the ballot.
Section C. In the event that any candidate on the ballot with a political party designation receives five- percent or more of the popular vote in a federal or statewide election, that political party will become a organized political party in accordance with state law.
