Chris Gratton was born in Brantford, Ontario, Canada to parents Sharon and Larry. He has an older sister, Terri. Chris has been in the National Hockey League since the 1993-94 season and has been on three NHL clubs: The Tampa Bay Lightning (drafted 3rd overall), the Philadelphia Flyers, and the Buffalo Sabres (current).
