Parent Scrapbook NHLPA.com

Incase Nhlpa.com ever takes it off there site I'm just recreating it on this one, but it did come from NHLPA.com and not from here! Here is the original link Parent Scrapbook: Chris Gratton.

"Chris was a very quiet kid, but he did have some-what of a rambunctious side to him. He also loved to play hockey whenever he could. I can still recall him out on the street playing road hockey with his friends." - Sharon Gratton

"Chris played every sport imaginable. He played T-Ball, soccer, golf and he also loved to fish. It kept him and us very busy, but it was fun for all of us." - Sharon Gratton

"His first job was working at a gas bar. I don't think he liked it very much, but he worked hard at it."- Larry Gratton

"I tried to get Chris into weightlifting when he was a bit older, but he wasn't very fond of it at the time. He was a big, gangly kid. I had a difficult time convincing him it was going to be a benefit to him. He always gave me a look when I attempted to get him to work out." - Larry Gratton

"It was tough when Chris went away to play junior in Kingston. It was also around the same time his sister went away to school. So I was devastated twice over. I bawled my eyes out for a long time!" - Sharon Gratton

"Chris surprised us one day when he told us that he was building a house right next to ours. It was great news. He does a pretty good job at keeping his house nice and clean, but he does tend to foget to take off his shoes when he comes over to our place!" - Larry Gratton
