..."I really guess it all began back in the peaceful times before the coming of the Clans , and the betrayal by Comstar. There was a warrior of great renown and skill named Jebidiah Grave, rumor had it he was a General in the Mercenary unit Battle Magic, Inc. Well here the stories vary, because some say he was so good that the people that controlled BMI were terrified of him and his warriors. Some say he was asked, or forced to leave. Others say he was so disgusted of what this once great unit had become, that he grabbed a handful of loyal warriors, and left for the fringe worlds.

I guess Old' Jeb was quite the taskmaster, for he spent years training these warriors in his image. When they came out of hiding, they tried to carry-on as the warriors of NMI had before, but as word of they're feats preceded them, the old petty jealousies resurfaced lead by those that Jeb has once served, and now served the Clans

Needless to say, the Clans put a price on his head, and those of his faithful warriors. They even went as far as to start eliminating members of their families to get even, and to capture them. So from that day forward, Jeb and his warriors went underground, shedding all reminders of their old lives to protect those that they loved, and cared for. They, the warriors of Jeb Graves now have only one tradition... the elimination of all identy to the old, and a rebirth as one forged in the jaws of hell itself...AND as a way to honor the one, that started the way to the warrior path they have chosen to embark upon, they change their names to only GRAVE_
