PHANTASM II BLOOPERS
You can clearly tell that Liz is attached to a harness crane when she filps off the wall The Tall Man threw her at.
Some of the Sphere shots reveal matte paintings.
As the acid drill is drilling through the steel door that leads to the room where Mike & Liz are attacked by the hatchet-wielding caretaker, you can clearly tell the drill is longer than the Sphere's diameter.
As the Silver Sphere hits the The Tall Man's head, you can clearly see a string attached to it.  This scene was actually filmed reverse, using the string to pull the Sphere away. Just watch the scene in slow motion and look carefully when it hits The Tall Man.
From time to time, the tiny flame on the MakeShift Flamethrower's funnel that is soaked in dry gasoline disappears and re-appears. This blooper is by far the easiest to spot in the movie.

In the scene when Reggie is torching the Mortuary hallways with the MakeShift Flamethrower, if you look carefully on the door to his right, you can clearly tell there is a trace of a flamable oil on it.
How? Look at the flame. It goes down in a straight line. You can even see a tiny puddle of flamable oil on the floor next to the bottom of the door.
At the beginning when Reggie is fighting the Dwarves and trying to save Mike, at the fireplace, his guitar disappears and re-appears from time to time.
The Tall Man's hair suddenly becomes normal again.  At the end of Phantasm 1, his hair looked short. Also, the way he is positioned is a bit different than in he original Phantasm's ending.
The Tall Man's "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOY!!!" at the beginning sounds a bit different than it did at the end of Phantasm 1.
