PHANTASM II DELETED SCENES
After the House explodes at the beginning, there is no Funeral scene. After Reggie runs out, Mike runs out at says he knew that it would happen. Mike says they'll probably die trying to find The Tall Man and Reggie responds Hey, We All Gotta Go Sometime...
In the scene where Mike encounters the "Hunchback" Creature in the Basement of the abondoned Mortuary and Reggie torches the Creature with the MakeShift Flamethrower, Mike wakes up in a Forest and realizes it was all just a dream. Then, Mike & Reggie get in the 'Cuda and speed away.
There is a rumored scene where Mike has a dream that he makes love to Liz literally all over the World.
The Father Meyers Sphere Attack is much gorier and more graphic. The geyser of blood that shoots out the back of the Silver Saw Sphere is unbelivably big (and gruesome) and we see an enormous blood puddle forming in front of Meyers as he's being drilled to death.
In the scene where Mike & Liz are sleeping together in the old abandoned Bed & Breakfast their taking refuge in (along with Reggie & Alchemy), Mike & Liz have a Telepathic love scene and after they kiss each other, they have a dream where they are in an Island. They then awaken from their dream and Liz says That's About The Safest Sex We'll Ever Have...
The Sphere Attack on the Caretaker who is missing his left hand is gorier, as the Gold Sphere rips him apart and lots of blood flies out of his body.
After Mike, Reggie & Liz escape from the Mortuary after Reggie torches it with the Makeshift Flamethrower, we cut to the Embalming Room that connects to the Spacegate room. Next, we see the Spacegate and a new Tall Man emerges from it and tosses the destroyed Tall Man into the Spacegate. This scene, though deleted from Phantasm II, can be seen at the beginning of Phantasm III: Lord Of The Dead.
Alchemy removes more skin from her head and it turns out that Alchemy was really another Tall Man that had once again cleverly tricked Mike, Reggie & Liz. This scene would've explained why The Tall Man had that tiny trickle of blood on his right temple in the very Phinal shot of him. This scene was removed because Don Coscarelli felt it looked too fake.
