What is Youth Venture for Christ?
Youth Venture for Christ is an opportunity for youth to Venture with Christ to learn skill building and experience a deeper understanding of what it takes to be in Christs service. A Venture is
a Senior High youth capable of sharing the skills they learn through service in the Church and Life.
Youth Venture for Christ is also time together with friends, games, food, laughing, and the chance to make new friends. And Ventures is so much more.
Venture participants will present a worship service for a different congregation each month from January 2001 to April 2001. Every Ventures weekend will take place the weekend of the 3rd Sunday
of each mont(except in April it will be the 4th Sunday because of Easter).

January 19-21 Theme: Peace & Reconciliation - Muskegon February 16-18 Theme: Healing of the Spirit - Union Avenue March 16-18 Theme: Celebrating Our Gifts April 20-21 Theme: Moving Out in Praise
Cost: $10:00 Registration, $5:00 for recreation and money for food after the Sunday Service(fast food place).
What to Bring: Sleeping bag, pillow, towel, washcloth, scriptures, swim suit, dress or dress pants for Sunday Service, Medical Release/Conduct Form signed by parent/guardian, ideas and props for a Talent Show.

General Information: If you are providing your own transportation, meet at the designated Church between 7 and 8 p.m. on
Friday night. The Venture Huddle will end around 1:00 p.m. Sunday and you are invited to join together at a fast food reastuarent after the service.
